Sharedprojectfund s.r.o., registered office at Václavské náměstí 802/56, 110 00 Prague 1, Company No. 21487659, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 412358 (the "Controller"), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

3. What data we process
We process first name, surname, e-mail address and data about your activity on the website (IP address, browser type, pages visited). For registered investors we additionally process data necessary for client identification under Act No. 253/2008 Coll. (AML).
4. Purposes of processing
We process personal data primarily to: (a) send the newsletter and commercial communications based on consent, (b) comply with legal obligations, (c) pursue legitimate interest in site security and traffic measurement.
5. Retention period
Newsletter data is retained for the duration of your consent, no longer than 5 years from the date it was granted. Data processed for legal obligations is retained for the statutory period (up to 10 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Consent can be withdrawn at any time at info@sharedprojectfund.com. You may also file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
