These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Sharedprojectfund s.r.o., Company No. 21487659, registered office at Václavské náměstí 802/56, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 412358 (the "Operator"), and users of the website sharedprojectfund.com.
2. Subject of the service
The Operator brokers information about real estate crowdfunding projects in the Czech Republic. The website primarily serves informational and marketing purposes. Specific investment offers are only made to registered users after the client identification process required by law is completed.

By subscribing to the newsletter you consent to receiving commercial communications under Act No. 480/2004 Coll. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in every e-mail or by writing to info@sharedprojectfund.com.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be decided by the materially and locally competent courts of the Czech Republic.
